It’s a good question, one we hear asked over and over again. And while we don’t know everything about it to fully answer the question, what we do know is enough to influence recruiting behavior everywhere. Sure, in the private sector where it already is to a large degree, but also ever so slowly in the public sector, and that includes the public workforce system.
